Orders & Delivery
Only orders from the UK (excl N. Ireland) will be processed currently. Any orders received from outside this region will be refunded.
All slipper costs include a delivery fee of £3.99 therefore £16 of each slipper sale will be donated to Fareshare, the UK’s largest charity fighting hunger and food waste.
For every pair of slippers purchased, the equivalent of 64 meals will be donated to those most in need during this festive period; in total, the proceeds from the campaign will enable FareShare to distribute over 85,000 free meals.
Currently UK (excl N. Ireland) standard delivery is offered on all orders at check out. We aim to deliver within 3-4 working days, however due to the current pandemic and social distancing rules fulfilment of orders may take up to 10 working days. We aim to meet these delivery times but during busy periods deliveries may take a little longer.
To return an item please re-package securely and post to the returns address below (also found on the order slip).

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
If you return an item requesting a refund within 28 days of the item being delivered to you, we'll give you a full refund of the original cost (excl delivery) by way of the original payment method. We aim to refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned item. We don't accept returns for unwanted items after the relevant returns period above. If you try to make a return, we may have to send it back to your default delivery address and ask you to cover the delivery costs.
Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure they're packed up properly and can't get damaged on the way!
As the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives back with us, ensure that you get proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return.
We're not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake (it happens!). If we are able to locate the items (it's not always possible) and you'd like these returned to you, we may ask you to cover the delivery cost.
We do not offer free exchanges to UK (excl N. Ireland) customers. All returned items will be refunded once they've been received by our warehouse. Need a different size, simply place a new order!

Slipper Shop Privacy Promise
The Warburtons Slipper Shop is managed by INK clothing Glasgow Limited. At INK your data and its privacy is important to us. You're personal data such as Name, Address and email address is only retained in order to process and keep record of orders. All customer data will be deleted after 28 days of an order being processed. We do not, and will not, sell any of your personal data to any third party. Our online checkout process does not supply to us or retain any payment card details and therefore we are unable to view such information, this is in line with Shopify's PCI compliance.
The slipper shop is powered by website providers Shopify, who are PCI compliant. This stands for The Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) which is a set of requirements intended to ensure that all companies that process, store, or transmit credit card information maintain a secure environment. The payments are immediately processed so this payment information is not held by INK.
